This is the second volume of hearing transcripts and exhibit copies published by the Subcommittee on Intelligence and the Rights of Americans of the Select Committee on Intelligence of the United States Senate (Church Committee). These hearings on the "Huston Plan" were held September 23-25, 1975, and the transcripts were published in 1976.
